It started with a live masterclass on Wednesday.

Now this is all about taking action.

It’s all about taking action + being surrounded by a community of doctors taking action to move in the same direction that you want to move in.

Action + community + accountability = exponential growth.

Here’s what we’ve worked on so far

1. Day 1: Working On Your Clarity Statement
   Clarity is key when it coms to being successful in your Industry career. Here’s what a clarity statement looks like. ‘I help (insert audience) solve (insert problem) to achieve (insert transformational outcome) without (things they don’t want to do/happen)
   

2. Day 2: Mindset and High Value Network
   It’s important to get yourself into the right state of mind when making big change. We laid out 3 different questions to ask yourself to make sure you achieve the results you want to achieve.

   We also got 600+ doctors to right out a list of 15 people around them that they could reach out to, who they could work with, collaborate with or who could point them on to other opportunities. Network is your net-worth.
   

3. Day 3: LinkedIn and Visibility
   We’ve laid out EXACTLY what you need to be doing on LinkedIn as a doctor to stand out and get noticed. We’ve also laid out exactly what you should do offline if LinkedIn is not your thing.
