Big WIN for us this week!

One of our Fellows landed a Global Medical Director interview with a Big Pharma company, only 4 weeks into the Incubator with us!

Our team, including our Pharma Coach and Mentor - Dr. Mayur Joshi, is now helping them prep for the big day!

We also ran our first Doctors Mess - a powerful group mentoring session, designed for peer to peer learning, feedback and fun in a safe space.

✅ Hit 20k downloads on our Disrupting Doctors Careers Podcast this month. Our strategy we’ve purposefully worked on over the last few months are slowly coming to fruition.

😶 Our Challenges

Time - This featured last month and it’s happening again. We’ve had to push back certain masterclasses and events because we don’t have the capacity to to manage them effectively considering we are a small team.

Meeting-ed out - One of our team members is notoriously anti-team meetings. Which we’ve joked about, but they actually have a point. Meetings, although great when you’re a remote team to keep up the face to face element, can be awful for productivity As a result of meetings running over, we’re aiming to cut our weekly meetings in half. I aim to do more Slacking and Loom vids as an alternative. I’ll keep you posted on how we get on next month!
