This month is Mindset May for the Fellows. Our second module after Clarity for a great reason.

I always say aim to cultivate and grow your mindset before your skill set.

The latter will naturally come once you adopt the growth attitude, beliefs and thoughts that shape your reaction to the world around you (i.e your mindset).

Why do we find this hard, especially as doctors?

Because we get told repeatedly by the system, by society that clinical work is all we’re good for. We can’t think out of the box and we certainly can’t be anything else other than a bedside clinician.

All of those are prime examples of fixed mindset coming into play and showing up as fears limiting our true potential.

This week, myself and Karla one of our Founding DII Fellows will be hosting a workshop for our Fellows on Growth Mindset & Imposter Syndrome.

✈️ Travel Doctorpreneurs (TD) 

I’ve been to Nottingham twice in space of two weeks masterminding with the team and just having a really good time. I also got to celebrate my 4th year anniversary in the travel business, and in business in general. It’s been a whirlwind of a journey and I wouldn’t change it or change anything about it.

Many doctors ask me if it’s easy to build the travel business and replace your income with it… I always say it’s possible and straightforward once you get your mindset right and follow the success blueprint we share inside our team.

Nothing in life worth having comes by easy, if you’re looking for an overnight success scheme then this is not it.

BUT ….

If you want to travel more, earn more and be around a community of like-minded doctors then this is a NO BRAINER!
