Congratulations to one of our Fellows - Dhanusha who was recently successful in getting a Digital Safety Medical Advisor role at a Health Tech startup.

Get this. She didn’t have to apply for a role to get this.

It was an opportunity that came to her.

How did she do it?

Last Wednesday at our Doctors Mess, she explained how she was approached on LinkedIn having implemented the LinkedIn strategy we offer on the program.

As I say in this podcast episode, she took the back door route, which eliminates the competition and puts her in a much stronger position to get the opportunity she wants!

If you’re seeking advice on your LinkedIn, the biggest tip we offer is to KNOW your AUDIENCE and tailor your profile well enough to attract them. It’s a skill but even the smallest tweaks can make a difference.

For example, we mentored another Fellow this week who was getting into healthtech. Strangely enough, the word ‘healthtech’ wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their profile.

A few tweaks.. and the DMs started coming.

Make it VERY easy for you to be found by the right people.
