Hey my fellow doctor!

Happy International Women’s Day for yesterday!

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be earning 5-figure months outside of clinical work, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Like many doctors, I thought the only way to earn well was to keep climbing the clinical ladder, taking on extra shifts, or adding more qualifications.

But I was still stuck in a cycle of trading time for money, and I knew that wasn't sustainable for me considering I wanted to travel, earn more money for less 'work' so I could spend more time with my family.

It wasn’t until I made a few key shifts that everything changed. Instead of working harder, I focused on:

 ✅ Packaging my expertise into a high-value offer (instead of selling my time)

 ✅ Positioning myself as an authority in my niche (so clients came to me)

 ✅ Learning how to sell premium services confidently (without feeling "salesy")

 ✅ Building a system to land high-value clients consistently

oh.. and not trying to work it all out by myself!

.. and not quitting when things got tricky.

Now, I help doctors like you do the same—whether through coaching, consulting, or advisory work.

And the truth is, if I had to start again, I could replace my clinical income in 90 days or sooner - WITHOUT making ALL the Mistakes that likely cost me £1.5M in wasted time and lost earnings over YEARS trying to figure it out on my own and doing more qualifications that I thought would = credibility

This didn't lead to increased earnings... it just led to me having a tickbox that a lot of other people also had.

Hence ongoing competition and no upper edge!
