One of our Doctors in Industry Fellows actually recently landed a role in a Clinical AI role at a well known AI startup without specific AI qualifications or experience in this area.

So how DID they do it?

As a result of being on our program..

👉🏾They leveraged our roadmap for clarity on Thor career direction and value.

👉🏾Having invested in their personal brand and network for some time they had a large network to tap into considering this was a new interest from previous (pivot!)

👉🏾They effectively positioned themselves to attract opportunities in Clinical AI mainly through warm network and conversations

👉🏾They were invited to work in the company - not through a job ad but through relationships previously built. The job didn’t actually exist, but was created.

👉🏾They demonstrated commercial and bigger picture thinking by their approach and ability to connect their clinical expertise to business

So yes.. this job was NEVER ADVERTISED and technically didn’t exist before it was offered.

and guess what..
