Remote | Flexible Hours | Leadership Role

Salary: £42,000 – £65,000 per annum

Commitment: 24 – 32hrs per week to start

Medic Footprints is on a mission to connect 1 million doctors with diverse and fulfilling careers by 2030.

In 2025 we’ve set an ambitious goal to support 100,000 doctors in developing careers as high value, high impact non-clinical experts.

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join us as the right-hand person to our Founder and drive our ambitious vision forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute towards and implement our ambitious strategy to empower our large global community of doctors

• Oversee and empower our small, yet mighty global remote team to perform at their best.

• Lead and streamline operations, ensuring we work smarter, not harder.

• Develop and execute B2C and B2B strategies that deliver impactful results.

• Play a pivotal role in growing revenue through sales initiatives and partnerships.

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping the Founder stay focused on the big picture.

We’re Looking for You if You’re:

• Highly motivated and committed to see our mission through

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset

• Have relevant solid experience in sales, driving revenue and growth

• You are tech savvy- with a confident ability to use and/or learn the most common cloud based technologies including AI

• Process driven experience in operations and team management.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and remote environment.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A proactive problem solver with a passion for making things happen

Remote working (approx 90%), with some travel to events in London / South East or national.
