My "Big Doctor Energy" Goals for 2025

We are ambitious and we've got a plan.

Reason?

1. Too many doctors settling (unhappily) for the status quo and failing to take the BEST steps into a life and career they OWN.

2. Too many decision makers & leaders in healthcare with zero clinical experience - BIIIIIG problem considering what's going on in healthcare.

Goal 1

I'm planning to personally work with 100 doctors in 2025 via our Fellowship and Travel Doctorpreneurs in developing impactful and ambitious leadership careers.

Goal 2

We're reaching 100k doctors globally who will take action in developing careers they love

Goal 3

We're going to get more VISIBLE so people know what we're doing and we can help more doctors

Doctors shy away from putting themselves out there as a normal stance.

Common things I hear:

"I hate being on social media." "I'm an introvert." "I can't do what that person is doing with thousands of followers as it doesn't land right with me." "I'm gonna get really negative comments, or be stalked, or hated upon or be shut down by my regulatory body."

Hey, did you realise, that was also true for me?

Most of these I realised were absolute FEARS.

Mostly narratives I learned as a doctor which held me back and kept me in a place that actually wasn't serving me.

Many of these fears - I STILL HAVE.

I'm also not a fan of social media - it consumes a LOT of my brain space.. but I know that if I DON'T put myself out there, then there's NO WAY we'll be able to achieve our mission of connecting 1M doctors with the best in diverse careers, and ensuring ALL doctors are happy, healthy and FREE to tackle the world's greatest issues at scale.

Because nobody would know I exist, what I do, and how I can help them.

So.. think about that, if you have a really important problem you want to TACKLE in 2025, or you want to be found by some great companies so you can do some great work with them..

Who are you serving by NOT telling ENOUGH PEOPLE about what you're looking to do? << make this a big quote

Let people know about it. That's how I grew this business - through word of mouth, and eventually, social media.

.. and you don't need to go on social media to start - just talk to a lot of people who you already know and talk to.

You'd be AMAZED as to what incredible opportunities could come your way..

The BIG DOCTOR ENERGY is coming in 2025.. the question is, how far can it propel you and our community?
