On behalf of the team, I want to sincerely apologise for our last email if your first name was wrong. The email you received was meant for you, however the name was incorrect.

This was a mixup with our database using a new platform. We have since reverted to our previous platform due to this error.

We can also confirm that no personal identifying details or emails were shared with anybody in this process.
