Struggling as a doctor with your career and finances?

Hi there,

Blend in, do what everyone else is doing and don’t develop yourself have never been associated with success in life, let alone in a career.

We’re witnessing such a changing landscape in careers for doctors nowadays. Doctors not finding employment despite the huge employment crisis in the NHS - a paradox I never imagined seeing.

I read earlier today on a doctors forum a GP sadly contemplating suicide as the job they worked so hard to get couldnt provide the basic needs for their family. Even more harrowing were the comments that agreed with them on how hard the times are and they felt lost as to what solutions they could pursue to gain their financial stability.

Why do the best and brightest feel so let down, hopeless and lost when they have so much potential?

I can say from experience it’s because they are conditioned not to see the possibilities, they're not surrounded by a community that helps them grow and develop, they're not able to access new opportunities and they are not getting the right financial compensation for their work.

Yes, the times are challenging but we doctors are resilient and we are full of potential.

You can access new opportunities, upgrade your skill set and strengthen your financial stability … We have seen it happen and we have helped doctors have the career they love while living a life they love.

Warm wishes
