Hi All 🎅 ,

This will be my last intro this year - we will be downing tools to reflect for a bit until next year.

Reflecting on this year, it's been incredible yet highly tumultuous which has placed a big question mark on how we're going to reposition ourselves, the brand and community moving forward.

Next year is also our 10th birthday so we WILL be celebrating in some way..

I first started Medic Footprints with my best friend Sara in 2014, as a dynamic vehicle to support doctors' alternative career journeys beyond boundaries.

It's expanded since then, but the values are absolutely the same. I'm proud of the impact we've made in this time, yet there have been significant challenges in this approach.

The only real way forward relies on:

• Deep introspection

• Honest feedback from our community (ie. YOU)

• Leveraging the best partners we have

• A greater understanding of the changing market and how we can help shape doctors careers for the future.

This week we ran our Travel More, Earn More event for doctors in the community who LOVE travel, want to EARN from travel and want to develop their own business around this.

We had great engagement from new and existing team doctors, and a few more applications to join the wider team!

How long is the training? 3 hours online in your own time

How do I decide on a focus for the travel business? Whatever you're interested in - you can be creative! e.g. Mediterranean cruises for Anaesthetists, or Moongazing holidays in the Artic!

Is this illegal or a ponzi scheme? No! Companies that have demonstrated bad practice have sadly given network marketing a bad name.

How much time do I need to focus on it? As much or as little as you want. Most doctors in our team have full time medical jobs and still successfully running a business. It all depends on your goals which we can help you clarify once you sign up on your strategy call.

Is this a get rich quick scheme? Not at all. If you're after this, this ain't for you!
