Why I can't help you get a job in 2025

Happy December!

In planning my next 90 day strategy, I’ve just realised something;

I’ve spent over 10 years showing doctors there are limitless alternative career opportunities out there.

But the reality is, most still haven’t budged.

They stay stuck, unhappy, unfulfilled, and unsure about their next steps.

I get it—better the devil you know, right?

If this is YOU, what you don’t realise is this: staying stuck isn’t just affecting you. It’s impacting:

• Your patients

• Your family and loved ones

• The people and companies you could genuinely help

• Yourself

Here’s the thing—I can’t help everyone, and there’s only one of me. And with the huge demand for doctors to lead and influence in healthcare and beyond, I need to step up.

That’s why, in 2025, my goal is to help 100,000 doctors create industry careers they love and control. Of those, 100 will work with me personally through our Doctors in Industry Fellowship—to become high-earning, influential leaders in their chosen fields.

To make this happen, there are 3 things I’m stopping in 2025 so I can exclusively focus my time on this mission and our growing number of Fellows:

1. Strategy calls or personalised career advice for doctors who aren’t in the Fellowship, Travel Doctorpreneurs or paid MF Community. My team will be stepping up to do this.

2.1:1 mentoring for new Fellows as an inclusive part of the program. So, if you’ve been waiting to work closely with me, this is your last opportunity to do so.

3. General advice or career signposting. From now on, I’ll only be working with doctors committed to creating impactful industry careers.

I’m building a movement we desperately need.

A powerful ecosystem of doctors who want to take control of their careers and lives, where the opportunities we want are created by us.

This is NOT for you if you’re just looking for another job. Solely focusing on the next job is a short term fix.

This is for you if you’re ready to shift your mindset, build new skills with a supportive likeminded community, and create a vibrant career that’s flexible, high-earning, impactful, and burnout-free.
