Our recent research has shown that most doctors reading this will have been thinking about changing careers for at least 5 years or more
Yet still massively held back from making the move or even simply developing a career alongside traditional clinical medicine
This mass inertia has a HUGE global impact and hidden cost for several reasons
Doctors expertise fails to see its full potential and impact at scale - leading to slower innovation and advancements in healthcare for patients
Doctors become even more dissatisfied which worsens burnout, productivity and healthcare delivery
Weaker leadership in industry - the lack of Doctor influence slows effective policy making and the systemic healthcare transformation we desperately need
So our goal next year is to help 100,000 doctors worldwide develop high value impactful careers in industry.
