I’m writing this from a travel business event with some of our Travel Doctorpreneurs in Malta.

I’ve spent the day in a room of the Intercontinental Hotel Malta listening to motivating talks from people of all walks of life on how they built their business, and why they strayed from the usual 9-5 game.

What unites them?

• Their passion for what they do - genuinely focusing on helping others.

• Their true grit in overcoming criticism from those who didn’t buy into their passion.

• Being driven by their own personal big WHY

• Their commitment to themselves

The thing that stood out for me the most - is that they ALL found their own tribe and brought more likeminded people with them.

I see too many doctors who are lost and thinking they’re alone in who they are and what they want to do.

This is because they simply haven’t found the right tribe of people to invest their time with. So they spend more time in their heads.. which can lead to a downward spiral of inertia and talking themselves out of moving forward.
